Grant her eternal rest!

A parishioner of some years died early this morning in Culpepper, VA. PHYLLIS MORAN's funeral liturgy will be celebrated at Our Lady of Victory Church on Monday at 11:30 am. There will be a viewing for friends and family from 10:00 - 11:00 am on Monday morning. To her daughter, Patty Rowe, and all of Mrs. Moran's family we extend our prayerful greetings.
