HOW ABOUT SOME PRAYERS

Today I will be personal: a very special friend needs your prayers ... for nothing less than a miracle. My friend, Paulette Kay (a ficticious surname!) learned that an earlier cancer has returned with viciousness. She has asked prayers. I ask on her behalf. Paulette and her husband have been very good the the Church, her parish, her college and to St. Francis College, Steubenville, Ohio. She is mother of several children and grandmother to their growing families. Where there has been need, Paulette and Paul, her husband, have given so much of their time, talent and treasure. Her desire to bring Eucharistic Adoration to as many places as possible has always been one of her special missions. I have promised her that I would ask as many as possible to pray to Blessed John Paul II on her behalf. We are praying to him because Paulette is a person who knew the Holy Father personally and well. She came to his aid on so many occasions to assist those in need. May Bl. John Paul intercede with God to bring what will necessarily be a miracle ... there is no other medical cure available ... which will greatly help in the cause for his canonization. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
