Our Lady of Victory CHurch. The church of the Little Flower was established as a separate parish in 1948, and moved to the present property in Bethesda in 1952. The First Church
The Glen Echo chapel was built in 1906 and first called St. Agnes. It was used for just a few years, even as Our Lady of Victory parish was being establied. It was then leased to the town of GLen Echo. In 1929 it was reopened as the Chapel of the Little Flower, a mission of St. Francis Xavier Church in Washington. In 1931 it became a mission of
