DAILY REFLECTION: October 24, 2006

Our efforts to build an intimate relationship with Jesus, with the Father and Holy Spirit as well are aided when we try to understand that Jesus is the fullness of Revelation. We experience that while coming to know more completely his "teaching, witness, death and Resurrection" as the new AC teaches us in Chapter Three.

It is the Word of God, revealed to us in the writings of the gospels, that can be a source of moral discipline and saving truth. Remember, if you will, that the Apostles received the command from Jesus to go out, proclaiming the Kingdom. No easy mission for anyone ... apostle or not. But Jesus did not send them nor you and out without support: The Holy Spirit would be the guide for all of us.
