On Sunday afternoon, at a time when many will be watching and hoping and praying for the word "victory" for the local team, a number of the faithful will be gathering in the Shrine of the Immacualte Conception. At that time Archbishop Donald W. Among those to be honored is a parishioner from Our Lady of Victory Parish. We extend our congratulations to Mrs. Jeanne D. Forte. Many are aware of the extraordinary generosity Jeanne and her late husband, Al, offered to so many in our archdiocese. Reaching out to others has always been a hallmark of the Forte household. We might well say that it is a forte of the Forte family! So, Mrs. Forte, we offer our genuine congratulations. The Archbishop will present Mrs. Forte with the Cross Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice (for the Church and the Holy Father), an honor established by Pope Leo XIII.
