OLV SCHOOL BASKETBALL SUCCESSES

Although I was without camera to testify to my presence, Sunday afternoon afforded me a wonderful hour with our 3rd and 4th grade boys' basketball team. Like the 5th and 6th grade girls' team -- UNDEFEATED-- the boys' game was a hoot. Remember the cartoon, Woody Wood Pecker? Remember how the artist had the bird's feet spinning like a wheel when it had to move quickly. Well, that was what came to mind with the smaller of the boys was making extraordinary speed on the court. Congratulations to the students and their coaches. Only a couple more games and the season will be finished. We surely hope that these games will be as victorious as the last ten games.
