Daily Readings today have much to do with faith. And who of us does have a day, a moment or a thought when it might seem that we are not receiving the attention from Jesus that we have been seeking or when something out of nowhere happens to us. The woman with a multi-yeared hemorrhage comes to mind. She is a wonderful example to us of what faith truly is. We know that faith is more than belief; we can find it rooted in Christ's presence. The woman learned of Jesus's presence in town. So, convinced that he could cure her, she pushed her way through the throngs of people seeing to be near Jesus. She did not give up. All she had to do, she felt, was simply touch the hem of his tunic. How wonderful it must have been for her to hear: "Your faith has saved you."
