For the Java Crowd Among Us: Holy Jolts

From the Catholic News Service. Father Daniel Mary watches as freshly roasted coffee beans pour out of a roaster at the Carmelite monastery in Clark, Wyo. A typical day begins around 4 a.m. for the Carmelite priest and the rest of the monks, who plan on selling the fresh coffee at select shops and over the Internet. Any bets these coffee beans won't be anything but fresh!
