On a day when the Church is celebrating the feast of St. Benedict, we are asked to recall his instruction to his monks when establishing the "Rule." The reason for his composing a rule to serve his community was to form a loving community running together on our journey toward God.

Apparently the reference to the "one, holy, catholic and apostolic" and as the one true religion has upset quite a few individuals.
