City of the Point Given a New Catholic Pointer!

The Steel City now welcomes home, once again, one of its priestly sons, Bishop David Zubik, to serve as its Ordinary, succeeding Washington's Archbishop, Donald Wuerl.

Bishop Zubik had served in many capacities in Pittsburgh during the administration of then Bishop Wuerl. Eventually Bishop Zubik was given the administration of the Diocese of Green Bay.

I guess the Bishop can now put his Green Bay Packers helmet on the shelf and don once again his Steelers helmet.

No doubt there must be much happiness and pride for the Bishop maker who now is shaping the Archdiocese of Washington in the Wuerl style.
